He is 10 and in 4th grade, he was badly abused when we took him in as a foster child, he has been diagnoised with RAD, ADHD, ODD, and mood swing disorder. He is currently failing 4th grade with D's and F's and he has a lot of behavorial disorders, he is currently being tested at school because I want to make sure that there is not a learning disability also. The birth mom smoked between 1-2 packs a day, he was around marajuana daily and I am trying to find out if any of these can cause a learning disabilty.
