my son has diarrhea and vomiting and no wet diapers not eating and barely drinks what is wrong with him and he looks bloated

My son is 18 months old hes bn vomiting and then started to have diarrhea he barely gives me any wet diapers the last time he did it had some crystals in it. His stomach is bloated and his fingernails seem to be purple. He doesnt want to eat and barely drinks anything.
