my son has about 5 swollen lymph nodes behind his left ear and he also has 3 more behind his right ear...is that normal or shoul

I noticed that there were 4 behind his left ear and 2 behind his right ear the other night and i felt again tonight and noticed that there was one more on each side. i am starting to get a little worried please help!
