Yesterday my 5 year old came and said that his hand was itching very bad and burning ( he had been playing with a catepillar) I thought maybe it was causing the itch, I told him to wash his hands and I gave him Benadryl. He didn't complain anymore about it. This morning he woke up and said that his hand was burning again. He now has red bumps on his wrist and up his arm on his elbow and he has little spots on his cheeks and 4 spots on his chest. I have no idea what this could be, can you help?
