my daugther developed a really high fever and that is the only symptom she shows,dr says she is ok, what could be wrong?

She has been with high fever since yesterday, an only stays under control with tylenol or motrin, her dr says she is ok. Im really concern because it get really high (102.05) what could be wrong?
