my daughter is 6 and she has a problem with twitching. Her eyes go wide, her mouth opens right up wide, her hands spread out and

my daughter has a hearing problem due to fluid in her ears, she has had grommets put in her ears 3 times now as the fluid builds up and bursts the grommet out,she has the "tonsil"smelling breath but doesnt complain about a sore throat. Could this all be related in some way. your help would be really appreciated.
