my baby is seven months old and she has red rashes and dry skin for past 3 months.how to treat it?

she got severe rashes after diarhea when she was 3 months.doctor said it as seborrheic dermatitis.candid-b lotion was applied to her.skin becomes clean after that but after few days again she gets rashes when lotion not applied.please tel me a treatment to stop it permanently.
