my baby has got asthma and his asthma kiked off the doctor gave him steriods . and he's gone pale in the face what is it can you

hes got ashtma and has had a number of chest infections hes been on 6 anttibiotics and thay haent done anything for him now hes been put on a coures of steriiods becouse hie asthma was playing up and i think it still is when i give him his inhalers the weezyn's is still there and for the past 3 days hes been pale what could it be can you help :)
