my 9 year old coughed up a green mucus twice should I be worried?

He is perfectly healthy. He doesn't have any other symptoms of a cold or any other sickness. Is this normal? Its darker green sort of thick but no chunks or anything. Isn't coughing a lot. It was in the morning time.
