my 7 yrs old son is complaining of tingling & pain on both toes next to the big toes - both feet.

Also same feeling on the middle fingers on both hands. Pain & tingling are worse at bedtime. Thought of RA. Did all tests & bone scan - all normal. Now, thinking neurological? Mom has rheumatoid arthritis - diagnosed 2 yrs ago. Help please!
