this is the 4th day of it but it isn't spreading any more. very small bumps started on his arms and a couple on his feet & face. one on stomach. he says at times they itch but doesn't seem to be to bothered by it. now my 3 yr. old daughter looks like she has a few spots on her ankle and foot. help what could this be?
