my 5 yr old son has red bumps behind his knee, mostly on the one leg. Had a fever 5 days ago. He's fine otherwise but no clue

Fever over the weekend; he was going to go back to school today but developed the rash yesterday.  Husband said son suddenly got hot & red, stripped down to underpants, redness/hotness left but bumps stayed.  Doesnt look like chickenpox & rash was never "lacy" or "slapped" like Fifths
