My 5 year old has been suffering from vomiting, fatigue, shivers, abdominal pain, and loss of appetite.

We saw the doctor,  but I'm not convinced with his diagnosis or treament. The doctor just thought it was a simple stomach bug prescribed some medication for the vomiting, but it's been 48 hours and my daughter shows no signs of improving.

 What could it be, what should I do?
