My 3 yr old has small red bumps all over her upper arms and chest. They don't itch and they don't seem to bother her. ???

She doesn't have a fever...never has shown signs of allergies...I'm having another baby on Wednesday and I just want to make sure it's nothing contagious. Should I take her to the doc? It just looks like heat rash or something, but I doubt that's it...
