Enlarged lymph nodes in a child are very common and are usually only a reaction to an infection. That said, there are other reasons that the lymph nodes can enlarge, the most concerning being cancer. Your pediatrician will be able to tell you if a course of antibiotics is useful or if other tests are necessary. Its unlikely to be anything serious, but its also important to see your pediatrician.
