She has been battling some infections lately. Bronchitis about 4 weeks ago, ear infections 2 weeks after that, and uti 10 days after ear infections. Her wbc's were just over 27,000 with the uti. So we rechecked her cbc 3 days later. The nurse prac. said wbc's were now in normal range but her H&H was low. 11.4 and 32.3. Could all the infections have something to do with the H&H? She has also never eaten red meat in her entire life. The nurse prac. told me to give her vitamins with iron and recheck cbc in 6 weeks. I'm not feeling very confident because she in not our normal provider. He happens to be on vacation this week. I worry.
