my 2.25 years old daughter has been diagonosed with nephrotic syndrome and is on predisolone since 13/5/10..

initially the dose was 30 mg daily and has now reduced to 20 mg on alternate days.I want to know what are the chances of relapse and how can the side effects of the steroid be reduced.(facial hair and swollen face)
