my 10 year old son has pain in his hands and finger and pain in the bottom of his feet please help

please help the doctor dose not know what to do but my 10 year old son has had pain in the bottom of his feet and just latlely he has cryed about pain in his hands and fingers what can i do I give him pain meds around the clock...please help me.....
