My 2 year old little boy has all these symptoms. Took him to the nurse yesterday and didn't really get an answer. Just got told to give calpol. I'm sure he has a infection in his mouth that doesn't seem to be getting better. he has been ill for 6 days now. I have been keeping an eye on his hands and feet and they are fine. He is not eating much and is very distressed. Please help!
