This morning, I was up playing with the munchkin - not in any way different from any other day. She did choose today, however, to unviel some new tricks that just melted my heart.
The first occured while I was rubbing her head/playing with her hair. I love to do this and was always, secretly, hoping she liked it too. Well, when I stopped, she grabbed my hand and put it back on her head. So, I guess she does like it!
Shortly after this, she was sitting on my lap for a little tickle-fest. I love tickling her as she has the best little laugh/squeal combo. So, I was doing my tickle thing (here come the tickle fingers - aaahhh - tickle, tickle, tickle). When I stopped for a rest, she took her little chubby hands, wiggled her fingers (like I do) and came at me! She ended up "tickling" my chest during each time I would take a break from tickling her. :o)
The last occured as we were getting changed to head out for some pizza & pasta at Joes. She was laying on the changing table and I asked, "Where's Audrey's nose?". She took her thumb and pointed right to it. Man, we've been working on that for MONTHS and finally I get some pay off!
