Lump on tongue, no pain, been there for 3 years.

My daughter developed a bump on the top of her tongue when she was around 5 years old. I took her to her peditrician, dentist, & a ENT doctor. It is raised about 3 cm and about 2cm wide. The color is a cream white & the testure is smoth, maybe shiny. I just want to know is anyone knows what it might be. Her ENT said to wait until she is older to remove it when he will biopcy it. It hasnt changed much since it first showed up. Only gotten slightly larger over time. I been looking all over the internet trying to find something similar but can not. Any one have any ideas what it might be?
