i've recently realized that there were 3 canker sores deep inside my mouth, they're only visible when i stick my tongue out really far, but i'm concerned about what and how long it has been there. knowing that they were only visible as i stuck my tongue out as far as i could, i started wondering how long it has been there. they kind of look like canker sores, but are canker sores white and bumpy? i'm also concerned whether or not it's sti related, they aren't clustered together so i think it's more of a canker sore as well.
