I am hoping you wont really try that....there is no healthy way to lose that much in just 30 days!

The answer is different for everyone. Of course the two most important things, as stated about, are a consistant exercise routine, and maintanence of a healthy, balanced diet.  I used to struggle with my weight too, but I got help from a lot of people, some I never even met.  Check out LivePerson, there are tons of experts who can talk to you in greater detail about overcoming your weight challenges. Give it a shot!

Let me know what you think too! Its helped me so much, talking to these experts, that I've joined a team of people spreading the word about LivePerson and all its benefits. This site has helped so many people, including me, and hopefully it'll help you too.

The only way to lose weight and keep it off permanently is to lose it slowly by gradually making lifestyle changes and adopting healthy eating habits. If you eat 500 calories less than your body needs on a daily basis to maintain your current weight, you should lose about a pound per week, which is a safe and sustainable.

You can download a free Weight Loss Starter Pack from the link below on my website.

You are really pushing the limits of what would be a healthy way to lose that amount of weight in the time frame you mention, as most diets or weight loss methods do not recommend losing more than a pound a day at the most, and to continue this every day would be a challenge.

The weight did not go on in a month and will probably take a little longer than that to take it off, however there is a diet called My 11 Day Diet which will if followed will help you lose on average 9lbs every 11 days so in theory in 33 days you could lose 27lbs.

I actually lost 18lbs in 22 days so i know it can be done, and i really loved it as it was all foods that i chose.

Check it out for yourself and let me know how you get i.

Best wishes

My 11 Day Diet

Here is my 2 cents.  30 lbs in 30 days is too much to lose without lots of risk.  You will also likely not be losing fat, but healthy muscle mass and water.  I also do not think it is as simple as -500 calories a day to lose a pound a week.  I have been reading around on this topic, and so far the best ideas I have seen stem from analysing your behaviors, and eating to support them.  Here is an example.  If you are eating in the morning, and you do not plan to be working out in the near future, you would eat things that are high in fiber.  This stimulates your metabolism and gets things rolling.  If you are looking forward to a workout, then you would plan to eat something that is higher carb a couple hours before so that they are available to your body as energy.  After a strenuous workout or weights, you should eat protein which helps the body repair and build muscles, and carbs if your workout was aerobic in nature to replenish your body with muscle glycogen.  Evening meals should be comprised of fiber and protein, but since you are going to be sleeping, not so much carbs, cause your body won't have anything to do with them but store them as fat.   Apply the 500 calorie rule to the above suggestions and you will, over time, get to your appropriate weight and have the ability to stay there.
did you try the advise given and did it work for you?id love to lose weight as well but imnot sure what to follow as i have diabetes
Hello, it is possible.  I am on day 31 of my improved way of eating and I have lost 30 lbs.  I will not lie to you, it is strict- strict eating habits but I found that the key to it all is to DRINK WATER! A person that is at their goal weight should have 8- 8oz glasses (atleast)per day, for every 25lbs you are over your goal weight, be sure to add another 8oz glass of water.  I follow 5 steps, WATER, do not eat anything that has more than 1gram of fat per serving, CUT THE SALT (do not add it to aything and stay away from high sodium foods) KNOW WHAT YOU ARE EATING (you may think that a grilled chicken salad with light dressing is perfect but in reality 9 out of 10 have 20+ grams of fat and over 700 calories! eat fresh fruit and veggies whenever possible) and find filling low calorie foods.  Like I said- it is strict and until I get down within 15 lbs of my goal weight I am making sure to be incredibly strict.  Once you have learned the right way to eat, when you are at your goal weight and just need to maintain it... those 2000 calories will seem excessive :-).  Best of luck to you and REMEMBER THE WATER IF NOTHING ELSE, your body retains water because it doesnt get enough, once you consistently give it wnough it will hit a breaking point and your organs will start functioning the way they should, you will not retain all that water, and you will feel so much better! Right now I eat about 1100-1300 calories a day, I am never hungry.. I have tond of energy and I feel fantastic! I'm sure that you can do it too.  Low calorie, low fat foods, fiber is fantastic, and don't forget the water :-)
