The answer is different for everyone. Of course the two most important things, as stated about, are a consistant exercise routine, and maintanence of a healthy, balanced diet. I used to struggle with my weight too, but I got help from a lot of people, some I never even met. Check out LivePerson, there are tons of experts who can talk to you in greater detail about overcoming your weight challenges. Give it a shot!

The only way to lose weight and keep it off permanently is to lose it slowly by gradually making lifestyle changes and adopting healthy eating habits. If you eat 500 calories less than your body needs on a daily basis to maintain your current weight, you should lose about a pound per week, which is a safe and sustainable.

You are really pushing the limits of what would be a healthy way to lose that amount of weight in the time frame you mention, as most diets or weight loss methods do not recommend losing more than a pound a day at the most, and to continue this every day would be a challenge.
The weight did not go on in a month and will probably take a little longer than that to take it off, however there is a diet called My 11 Day Diet which will if followed will help you lose on average 9lbs every 11 days so in theory in 33 days you could lose 27lbs.
I actually lost 18lbs in 22 days so i know it can be done, and i really loved it as it was all foods that i chose.
Check it out for yourself and let me know how you get i.
Best wishes
David
