how can i help my 5 month old coughing & stuffed up baby get better without medicine?

she cought the flu from my older daughter and its been days doctors say to let he fight it off herself but she so tiny and cant keep any thing down.. ive tried the vaporizer the saline drops .. and she hasnt improved at all.. what else can i do to help her breath and get better
