HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have these small indentions in my skin they are red,really hard to garb and are spreading.

They are red,really hard to garb and are spreading. Im really of scared and stressing about it. please help im 14years old almost 15. They are on my back. There arent any bumps on them.
