Hello - My son Neel (2 yrs old) has a constant (every single day) runny nose & congestion for the past 1 year (since I made my first trip to India with him). He was tested for allergies by his pediatrician, but the test came back negative for all known allergens. His pediatrician does not know what is causing this runny nose (he says it'll probably cure on it's own when he grows up). And finally he also suggested Nasonex, which I am skeptical about giving him since he is so little.
Neel is an otherwise active boy, eats & sleeps well, has good urine and bowel movements. I was researching his symptoms online to find some natural cures, and looks like he may have vasomotor rhinits and/or Nonallergic rhinitis with eosinophilia syndrome. But I am not sure how to be certain. And what natural remedies can I try to cure him off this completely. Due to the constant nose-blowing and cleaning, his nostrils and upper lip area are always dry and red.
I would appreciate any help/suggestion/advice in this matter.
