Could the H1N1 shot cause my Sons leg twitching

My 3 year old son got the H1N1 shot yesterday and last night his lower legs started twitching for a minute at the time and it happened twice and once today. He looks at me and said mommy my leg is jumpin. His legs have never twitched before getting this shot>
