Could my daughter have Juevenile Arthritis if their is no swelling - just discomfort - no pain - with her wrists and ankles.

My 16 year old daughter complains that her wrists and ankles bother her.  She says it doesn't hurt, but she has a hard time sleeping at night , because of it and she constantly twists her wrist and ankles to try to relieve the discomfort.  Is this due to growing pains or could it be juevenile arthritis.  She is very active and plays soccer and lacrosse.
