causes of belly button swelling

My baby is 2 months old, her belly botton looks swollen and when i touch it....it squeaks? She cries alot and also seem to have alot of consipations? Is that swollen normal? I also have 4 and 1 years old children, they never had a swollen belly botton, so i am wondering am i panic too much?
