cause for green stool and bloating stomach in a 1 year old baby

my 14 month old daughter after a year of pain has just been diagnosed with acid reflux which has been contributed by laryngomalacia and bronchomalacia.  For the last 12 months her stools have varied between yellow and green and her stomach has always looks bloated -
