I have a friend whos daughter was diagnosed Alcohol fetal syndrome but my girlfriend never drank when she was pregnant but the father was an alcohol fetal syndrome baby himself and also drank alot when the child was conceived. Can this get passed on? And I was also wondering if we did a chromosome test if it says in the chromosome that she is fetal syndrome or if we can find out if it came from the mother or father?
