My daughter had Kawasaki when she was four and survived without aneurysms. However she is late to acheive puberty and there is no apparent history in both our families. She is extremely thin although she eats like a horse and is weak (in terms of strength in her hands and legs).
I haven't heard of any connection before but MY daughter is exactly the same as you describe your daughter! She also has had developmental delays and has recently been diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome.
