I am a grandparent of a 10 year old little girl. She has allergic reactions and takes certain meds for them. She develops seasonal asthma and when cold weather comes she gets colds often. We have two dogs and at times, when she comes to visit her allergies get worse around the dogs and she has to take med and she seems fine. when she came to visit she had a cold. And over the weekend the cold symptoms worsened and she went home during the night not feeling well. Today the "caretakers" of my granddaughter called and said that the dogs caused her to have pneumonia and its contagious. Is this POSSIBLE??? The dogs DON"T have pneumonia. How can dogs give a child/person pneumonia??
