I have temporary custody of my 2 & 3 year old granddaughters. They witnessed their mom bein a victim of domestic violence. The mom is in the military and dad was sentenced to 6 months in jail. They are both starting to show signs of emotional distress. I have to wait for paperwork from TriCare before I can take them to receive mental health,
