4 year old male temp is never normal blood work not normal

i have a 4 year old son that for the last 3weeks has been having fever on and off if he dose not have a fever his temp is to low i recived his labs today his creatinie count was highthe segs were high and the lymphs were low red and wight blood cell count was normal what can it be please help
