3 yr old w/symptoms 102 fever, tummy/ body aches, no appetite, blood in urine, high white blood count- what could cause this?

Not sure if it is coincidental, or a sympton, but she has a very swollen eye and check prior to complaining.  Neither caused discomfort.  

Dr. ran tests and found blood in her urine and a high white blood count, tested negative for strepp throat.   She has a very runny nose but no ohter "cold" symptoms.

Please help
