10 year old daughter is having little bumps come up in between fingers, thighs, arms. they sting but not red. skin color

does anyone have answer for the bumps that have come up in the last week on my daugthers hands, thighs, arms? they are not red, she tells me, but she says they sting. She has dogs and cats. She says she has not eat anything new lately.
