I had chicken pox as a baby and it left a large round pox scar on the side of my face - as a little girl I didn't really understand the whole chicken pox thing so when my friends asked me what it was I told them it was my 'Jupiter' which went down pretty well! and the name has stuck, If people ask about it I still say it's my Jupiter lol!
I dont think you can get rid of them - mine is a bit like a crater so it would need filling in with something! How about bio-oil in the early stages?
