Here is a little something to get you started here at Gluten Free Birmingham.  Some Whole Foods whole deal coupons !  These coupons can be used at Whole Foods as a store coupon.  If  you happen to find a manufacturer’s coupon for the same item, they will take both.  Same is true at Publix.  If you find a manufacturer’s coupon for one of these items, Publix will honor the manufactuer’s coupon as well as the Whole Foods coupon as a competitor coupon.   Or you can just use the Whole Foods coupon at Publix as a competitor’s coupon.
