We went to Homestead Crater (Midway, Utah) to scuba dive in the craters natural hot springs and get our open water scuba certification. It was a blast!
We had a fantastic gluten-free dinner at Grub Steak in Park City, Utah. The staff was knowledgable and friendly. All of their salad dressings have wheat except the balsamic vin, so I was stuck with that, but it was good! I had the filet and lobster, and man, it was so good! Really pricey though…really.
If you stay at the Homestead Resort the restaurant there, Fanny’s, is also great. Our server (2 mornings in a row) knew about gluten-free and was very helpful. I was very impressed with the service. I had the southwest omlet (with the ranchero sauce on the side and sub cottage cheese for toast/English muffin) the first day, and a simple 2 eggs over easy and bacon the second day.
I also had an incredible hot stone massage at the resort spa. It was so nice I really wanted another one the second day! Ah, what a great trip!
