vomiting diarrhea, burning hands and feet

about every 2 weeks i have a spell of diarrhea with bad stomach cramps vomiting and my hands get really red and burn also my feet , i break out in  a sweat and and after i finish throwing up i chill for a couple of hours and this usuall happens in the late evening or night
