When Parrish has a late meeting or a boy’s night, I often just skip making a full meal. I’ll make a quick salad or a bowl of popcorn, and catch up on my television shows that he doesn’t like to watch. (Vampire Diaries, Pretty Little Liars…etc)
But a few weeks ago I decided that I really wanted a pizza. So I stopped in to Whole Foods on my way home, which is ALWAYS a mistake! NEVER go to Whole Foods hungry.
Anyway, I ended up getting stuck in the aisle. I just couldn’t decide between Udi’s Gluten Free Frozen Pepperoni and Margherita pizza!
Yeah, it didn’t get much easier when I got home either. SO I made both!
The nutrition facts for each are WAY BETTER than the Against the Grain pizzas, so I felt ok with my possible splurge.
As it turns out, I liked the Pepperoni WAY MORE than the Margherita.
The Pepperoni Pizza just had an AMAZING amount of flavor! I was shocked by how DELICIOUS this pizza was!
And that’s not to say that the Margherita Pizza wasn’t good.
It was…fine. It had good flavor; the crust was great, and I’m assuming for a Margherita style pizza, it was good.
But the pepperoni was out of this world. I will never get stuck in the aisle trying to decide again!
