New running shoes arrived! These babies will bring me quite a few miles. I am feeling inspired to get back into running once my busy season is over. They are so shinny and new, that won't last for long. I really love Asics, I've found them to be great for runners with high arches. Goal of the day: run 3 miles at the gym. If that happens, I will be one happy lady! I am interested to see how training will go on a gf diet. When I ran a marathon in 2007, I was always carbo-loading. Anyone sticking to a gf diet can tell you that keeping gf carbs in close reach always takes some planning (unless you are ok going the unhealthy route with potato chips and french fries). I will keep you all updated as I begin this journey.
