My name is David I have been Diagnosed with celiac disease on 7-7-09. Prior to this manny years' manny doctors 'manny tests' and so manny symptoms with no explanation as to why do i feel this way ? Every day feels like the worst flu ever. malnutrition anemic . when your brain is starved from vital nutrients for a very long time things happen to your brain that efect manny diferent body functions. This is my problem at this time. Can anyone advise me or share with me their expierence with celiac disease. Is this nuropathy pain ever get better ? What will help? A person begins to feel isolated no one even family really understand. Sincerely appreciate any advise . David
I have been treated with lots of different pain medicine's I was in a wreck in 1995 and paralized on my left side. At first I had no pain but as time went on I began the most severe pain I have ever had in my paralized hand. I have a brain injury and I think no one believed me. I went to my brain Dr. she gave me 30 percocets and for the first time in my life the pain was gone but she would not give me anymore because of addiction. I thought who cares if I'm addicted at least I was free from pain. I went to another Dr. he gave me all the pain med's I wanted and of course I took them my daughters said I was addicted and I said I won't because I took them for pain. Now I go to a different Dr. the first time I went to her Lyrica had just come out on TV and I asked her if she would prescribe me lyrica. She did and I have pain once in a long while but I can handle a little pain. Lyrica was a life saver for me perhaps it will be for you too David I sure hope so.
