I’m doing a Celiac webinar series starting next week , I just finished writing a CEU course for RDs on Celiac and Thyroid, and finally got my website newsletters as a blog … Whew! I need a vacation thinking about all of it. I’ve also posted a review of Dairy Free Gluten-Free Kitchen and Banana ‘Scream.
