It took me a week to say something to you. Two more to ask you if there was a chance... if you wanted to go out sometime. You made me laugh, you made me smile. I walked taller, I worked harder. When I danced, I was dancing with you. I thought about you all the time. When I had a good day I wanted to share it with you. A bad day and I told you about it. And you listened without judgment or harsh words.
Then, the more we were togther, the harder it was to stay apart. I wanted to be with you all the time. The time we spent together became more beautiful and perfect. My feelings were changing everyday, they were getting stronger even as I tried to deny it.

When you went away I thought my heart would break. I couldn't find you. Had no idea where to look. I was terrified I was too late. And I realized then how much I loved you.
