I was not willing to go back on gluten so I could be diagnosed officially. Eating gluten changes my personality and brings on depression that lasts a week or so if lightly contaminated. Aspergers describes my social situation difficulties throughout my life but I do not have many of the autistic features. Any info that relates the two scientifically? Is there a benefit to being tested for Aspergers? Being gluten free helps social situations dramatically but my brain misfires on socially acceptable ways of communicating. I feel compassion but am direct in my response. Could this be a reaction to milk products? Any direction to go suggestion? Thanks! Juanita
