A new mp3 player!!! Finally! I had a great mp3 player. It held a million (ok not that much, but I had over 2,000 songs on it) songs and worked like a charm for about two years. Then it suddenly started acting up. Screen went blank. I had to reset it all the time. Then is randomly shut off during my runs. I can't run in silence. It's too annoying. Plus the thing weighed a ton and I didn't have an arm strap for it- so I had to hold it while running. Torture!!
So I picked up a Sony Walkman mp3 player . In pink of course. It only holds 500 songs, but it certainly gives me an excuse to clean out my music collection. And I bought an arm strap to go with it. So now I can run with freedom.
Which I am going to do right after work. Nice and sunny after the rain we had this morning!

My grocery store; Hannaford's had an accident this morning. A plane crashed in the parking lot. Insanity. Luckily no one on the ground was hurt, but sadly the people in the plane were killed. My heart goes out to them- they were on their way to the Dana Farber Cancer Inst. in Boston. It's so sad...
