Yessssss.... it's time to go back for more! What have I been thinking? Slacking off in that department?
Now that I am back in the game with my "extra steps" plan- I need to keep working out the way I used to. And that means breaking out the DVDs..
Last night I did Hip Hop Abs Level 1 Fat Burning Cardio- the fun basic, just enough cardio to get my heart pumping. From there I went onto the Ab Sculpt Level 2. My go to DVD for when I need a GREAT abs workout. At the end of both DVDs I did a few minutes of an arm workout- keep up the arm strength I lose when I'm not dancing all day long.
Here I am HHA- get me back to where I was before! I'm begging you!!!!
