Today I am sick as anything. The Pats won last night against the Giants in a nail biting game, I got home late, I was tired. And yet here I am doing Hip Hop Abs like a hard core work out addict. Sort of. I woke up this morning cranky, stuffy, and unwilling to do just about anything. I went to Hannafords to buy syrup and Cold and Cough Drops (really the best thing for a cold!) and then came home and put on my workout clothes. My measurements today were 26.5 inches in the waist, 36 inches in the hips, and 19 inches around each thigh. I am aiming for the goal of just an inch lost in both my waist and hips. Hopefully it won’t take that long because today I am so not feeling it! Well I popped in the DVD and began dreading the coming booty popping and bouncing around. I was dying, it was tough, I was stuffed up and only breathing out of my mouth. All the jumping and popping… the tilt, tuck, tighten, breathe… dang it was hard! But I sweated and suffered through it. I felt much better after and am realy feeling the results. Now if only I could lay off the cookies, they would probably be much better, even by only doing the 45 minute cardio workout three days in a row.
